PostersPeak offers both free and paid services. When you purchase any of our paid services, you agree to provide accurate and current payment information. Upon payment, your purchased services will be automatically activated and accessible within the app.
No Refund Policy: All purchases made on PostersPeak are final, and no refunds will be provided for any products or services.
All content available through PostersPeak, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of PostersPeak or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content without prior written permission from PostersPeak.
PostersPeak may allow users to create, upload, and share content. By posting content on PostersPeak, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, and display your content within the app. You retain ownership of any content you create, subject to the rights granted to PostersPeak under these Terms.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the app, and any rights granted to you under these Terms will be revoked.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostersPeak and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostersPeak, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
